Maryann Holden has worked as a Nurse for over 25 years in Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities. After witnessing first-hand the results of poor choices through out one’s life, she jumped on a path of learning how to create a lifestyle toward optimal health and wellness. Graduating from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC, as a Certified Holistic Health Counselor, accredited by The American Association of Drugless Practioners, she now helps her clients align their health and prevent, reduce or eliminate the need for many of their prescription medications.
Certified as a Yoga Instructor, she enjoys teaching both beginner and Vinyasa Flow Yoga. She specializes in teaching people how to cleanse and replenish the body and live a vibrant & healthy lifestyle.
